On Friday 26th July, TA22 celebrated their 100th Day of School with their friends in TA18.
We’ve been counting the days since the start of the year and we’ve been lucky to have had a visit from ‘Zero the Hero’ on every day with a zero in it!
To celebrate our 100th day we dressed up like we were 100 years old! We wrote all about what it might be like when we are 100. ‘Zero the Hero’ left us lots of fun activities too. We had to use 100 pattern blocks to create a picture, we painted 100 gumballs, played ‘Roll to 100’ with our friends, found 100 chicks hiding in our room and so much more. The big highlight was making a crown out of 100 stickers! We’ve learnt that making groups of 10 helps us build big collections like 100.
At the end of the day, we ate some yummy cake and got a treat that Zero the Hero left for us – a maze for having an ah-maze-ing 100 days. We had so much fun and now we are wondering whether we’ll get to Day 200!
