Sports Practice

Our Pre Primary and Year 1 students will be involved in junior sports practice on Monday on non-assembly weeks (even weeks) in preparation for the Sports Carnival on 16th September. As mentioned last week, Year 3 students will be practicing each Friday. Year 2 students will also be participating in junior sports practice. The day and time of their practice will be advised shortly.

Please ensure that your child has the following:

• School hat
• Closed in sports shoes
• Water bottle
• Sunscreen – applied at home please

Book Fair

Next week it is the Scholastic Book Fair in the Beeliar Library. It will be held on the following dates:

Wednesday 11th August – 8:30am-3:30 pm
Thursday 12th August – 8:30am – 3:30pm
Friday 13th August -8:30am- 12 noon

Your child will be bringing home a brochure soon. Parents are welcome to attend the book fair with their child.

Book Week / Readathon

We will be kick starting Book Week and the Beeliar PS P&C Readathon with a book character dress up day on Monday 23 August.
