How Do You Practice Respect for Self?
You choose to respect yourself and consider your own feelings. You avoid making self-deprecating comments and do not compare yourself or your life to others. You take responsibility to make positive changes. You can say ‘I don’t know.’
I treat myself with respect because I deserve kindness. I enjoy the person I am becoming. I am taking care of myself and focusing on my health. I am a good and kind person.
