Faithful and fun friendships can make a world of difference in the lives of both adults and children. Teaching children how to make friends is a really important life skill that kids will carry into their adult years. Around your home, you have everything you need to give your kids play and learning experiences that delight them and teach them to manage their own risks. In this activity, Lukas Ritson facilitates an outdoor tent or fort for his kids to play in.

The time we’re in is uncertain and its very different than most of us have ever had to navigate before. It’s okay to feel uncertain or concerned in this time and you’re not alone! Not having the answers is something we’re experiencing all around the world. In this video, expert Jason Gibson provides a 3 step process we can go through when we are finding times are hard.



Being a parent is not an easy job and being the mother, father or carer of an anxious child is even more challenging. The good news is that while there is no cure for anxiety it is very treatable and there are many strategies that have been proven to help manage and ease anxiety in children. In this course, Dr Jodie walks through everything you need to know about parenting and helping your anxious child.


Some kids seem naturally at ease in their bodies and minds. They’re happy, confident and relaxed by default and they cruise through life without much angst. But for others, things are a bit trickier. Whether it’s due to neurodivergence, personality, sensitivity or something else, there are some kids who just find it harder to show up in the world as themselves. They might be perfectionists or survivors of trauma, abused, bullied or supported wholeheartedly, but one thing’s for sure: kids who lack confidence have a really hard time.
