R U OK? Day

R U OK? Day is tomorrow, Thursday 12th September. It is a national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone to ask “Are you OK?” and to remember every day of the year to support people who may be struggling with life’s ups and downs.

Looking out for one another and lending support is a key life skill for any age group. We’re never too young to look out for one another and lend support. In this video, ALEC shows your child how to be a good friend and ask “Are you OK?”
