Dr Charlotte Reznick has some great strategies for teaching kids how to be calm and centred and access their own intuition. In this video, she turns the focus on parents to explain how we can use these tools for ourselves.



These Pilates activities can be used in a classroom setting or at home and are ideal for children aged 2-7. 


Parenting expert Claire Orange answers a ParentTV member’s question: “My son in year 4 has problems focussing. He’s able to perform at school if instructions are on the board and the teacher has had a one-to-one chat. Is there any advice you have that could assist him?”

Sometimes we can have unrealistic expectations of our children. We can wish for no back chat or rebuttal when it comes to asking them to do something, but sometimes this isn’t always the case and it can be frustrating. Watch this Facebook video as Susan Stiffleman explains.
